This class is a perfect opportunity for children new to circus arts and looking for something that gets them moving! This class will go over the basics of a variety of circus skills (juggling, balance, mini-trampoline) & apparatus (trapeze, cerceau, rope, silks).
The Voltige class is a 90 minute class that will introduce students to a wide range of circus disciplines, aerial apparatus; silks and trapeze; acrobatics like rolls, cartwheels, and begin working toward handsprings and walkovers; trampoline skills; group and partner acrobatics; juggling; and handstands.
This class is for our smaller acrobats looking to learn skills on a variety of aerial apparatus (cerceau, trapeze, silks, cloud swing, rope, diamond, etc). Basic aerial acrobatics will be worked on with the possibility for more advanced movements.
Aerial silks is one of the most popular circus apparatus. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn tricks and technique, develop strength, flexibility, endurance, and aerial body awareness on the aerial silk. No experience necessary
This teen intermediate class is offered for students in our *Maestro (with instructor's approval) and Intermediate students. Keep improving the skills you have learned with us throughout the year and learn new ones during the summer months!
Come bounce on our NEW TRAMPOLINE! Learn to do flips, drops and cool combinations of movements. It's a great
way to get active while having fun.
No need for prior gymnastics or other athletic experience - everyone's welcome!
This class has been designed to teach adults all aspects of circus arts, to encourage health and wellbeing, and to provide a friendly and supportive environment to work on individual strength, flexibility, and fitness on the floor and in the air!
